However, once your goods have been dispatched it is not possible to cancel and the order must be processed as a return after receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of UK/EEC)

International orders are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching an international order. Please look out for this email to ensure swift dispatch of your order.

Prompt response and payment of duties are essential on arrival of your order, as your customs agents may impose surcharges for storage for late payments.  

SECURE DELIVERY

We require a signature for all orders. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), or different address for delivery, you thereby agree to accept the obtained signature as evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility for the goods to yourself.

 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You can cancel your order immediately after purchase by contacting us. However, once your goods have been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the order. At that point the order must be processed as a return, as below.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. Before you return something you must notify us within 2 days of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us info@dress-ltd.com. The order must be received by us strictly within 14 days of receipt/signature for goods. Returns received outside the 14 day time frame are accepted solely at the discretion of DRESS LTD.

The item you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.  Please write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the parcel. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. DRESS LTD is  not responsible for any item that is returned without notification or without a Returns Authorisation number.

It is advisable to send returned items by recognised carrier or registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, and any damages occurring during return will be the liability of the purchaser. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and non refundable. Where the goods have been bought using a free shipping code for an order over a certain amount, and the returned item reduces the initial order to below this amount, the original shipping charges for your territory will be deducted from the return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to your card, less any shipping costs incurred, on the same day the returned item is received and an email confirming refund will be sent.

RETURN CUSTOMS DECLARATION

Your local customs & duty charges are non-refundable through the store, as they have been applied by your government agency. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs agent directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

For international returns, please ensure returned goods are marked 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid further taxation.  Failure to do so may result in the buyer being made liable for any import duties or taxes upon return.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are returnable via distance selling regulations, so normal returns conditions apply as above.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
