DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

Please read in full before ordering. If you have any questions or need help with placing your order please contact info@dress-ltd.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible and always within 24 hours.

1. YOUR ORDER
We will confirm your order by email, and mail again to confirm dispatch. We despatch during working hours Monday-Friday.

2. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

When you purchase an item on pre-order you will be charged the total price at checkout including any applicable shipping.

An order email will include confirmation of the date your item will be ready.

When your order is ready we will notify you again by email and to confirm despatch.

Please note that with PRE-ORDER ITEMS there is a 7 day period for cancellation from your order payment, after which your order will be in production and cancellation is no longer possible.

Made To Order or Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order immediately after purchase by contacting us. However, once your goods have been dispatched it is not possible to cancel and the order must be processed as a return after receipt.

For pre-order items, as above, there is a period of 7 days from purchase after which we are unable to cancel your order as it will be in production.

4. STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which can be tracked online and must be signed for. Please see below territory prices and delivery times:

If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, or to a different address for delivery, you thereby agree to accept the obtained signature as evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility for the goods to yourself.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

Please note that the customer is responsible for customs and duties charges that could be levied when your order reaches your destination country. The above shipping rates do not include any customs or import duties. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THESE EXTRA CHARGES IN ORDER TO RECIEVE YOUR GOODS. Free shipping offers and discounts are for carrier/postage fees only and do not include any local Tax or Customs Duty. These will still need to be paid in order to receive your parcel.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We create innovative items of the highest quality. It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us for a return request number.

Please ensure:

1. The DRESS item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged - with original tags.

2. The return is posted in the packaging in which it was received, or in secure box/packaging.

3. The original invoice is included inside the package.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or the return of the package. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted.

Returns should be made using a tracked and signed for service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. DRESS is not responsible for any items lost in the post.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods and any associated charges are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. 

7. REFUNDS:

Refunds will be made to your card on the same day the returned item is received and an email confirming your refund will be sent. However please note refunds may take longer to reach your account depending on your bank/payment method.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURN CUSTOMS DECLARATION

Your local customs & duty charges are non-refundable through the store, as they have been applied by your government agency. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs agent directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

For international returns, please ensure returned goods are marked to the above RETURNS address and have “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid further taxation. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being made liable for any import duties or taxes upon return.
